Booking Policy
Each booking requires the half-desired deposit to secure your date of appointment. This deposit will then be deducted from your remaining balance.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment.
All last-minute bookings made within 24-48 hours of the appointment date must be paid in full. Payment is required at the time of consulting.
Edits:
All clients will have the choice of selecting their favorite photos through an online gallery. These photos will not be edited and will have our Simmsphotographyy logo attached to each for copyright reasons.
Logo removed, your final edits will then be delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding Sunday and holidays).
A $120 rush fee applies for expedited delivery within 24-72 hours.
You have 3 days after your photoshoot to select the images you’d like edited. If no selections are made within this timeframe, the Simmsphotographyy team will make the selections. They will edit the best images based on your booked package.
The edited images will be available on the cloud for 30 days. After that period, they will no longer be accessible.
If pictures are misplaced after 30 days, re-uploading the images to the online gallery will have a $50 FEE.
Cancellation Policy: All Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Must be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
